We hope you don't need to, however if you do need to return or exchange your product, please contact us via hello@blissfullyyours.co.uk and we will help you with this with you as soon as possible.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item is in the same condition that it arrived in.
Please send the parcel back via Royal Mail, 2nd class service with proof of sending it, with the cost. When the refund is made, it will include the 2nd class postage cost.
When emailing us about your order return / exchange please note your order number and we will help guide you all you need.
Note: Exchanges are only available in replacement of items if they are defective or damaged and will be subject to stock availability.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Non-returnable items include:
