Direct information:
When you choose to shop via the website, you will be using Shopify.
When you check out you will be asked to give the below information in order to complete the transaction
(name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email
address, and phone number). We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
Your address will be used in a third party application, Royal Mail Click and Drop, to create the postage
label. This is automatically linked to the website and no manual exportation will be used.
These details are not exported from either Shopify or Royal Mail Click and Drop for any other purpose.
When you check out you will have the option of adding yourself to promotional marketing lists that are
sent by myself via Mailchimp. If you choose to opt into this service, your email will be added to Blissfully
Yours mailing list on Mailchimp, where news and upcoming products will be shared via email. You can
unsubscribe at any point if you change your mind.
This is automatically linked from the website to Mailchimp and no manual exportation will be used.

The personal information that we collect indirectly, is automatically collected as you interact & browse our
Website.
This may include:
• Device, Location & Usage Data used to improve & optimise our Products, Website & Services.
This includes information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that
are installed on your device. In addition to this, as you browse our Website, we collect information about
the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to our
Website, and information about how you interact with the Website.

The data of your order however (product bought, date, cost etc) will be held for our financial records)

- we believe it isn't the buyer requesting for their details to be removed
- the data is needed for legal reasons
- it is currently being used for an outstanding order
- if it is less than 180 days fewer than your last order. It will automatically be deleted after this time period
has passed.
